This is about the trading of human organs on the black market and how far one man will go to save his daughter's life. Because Pablo the Mexican goat herder doesn't need his heart as much as John the American lawyer does, there are people in Mexico kind enough to take Pablo's heart and give it to John, for the sake of humanity (and their wallets). And why, when they're paying such a premium, should they have to wait for someone to die when they can just go and make someone dead?
