This is a documentary about a homosexual hustler who, after years of hedonistic drug taking, gay sex, S&M, and swapping diseases like Tiger Woods swaps girlfriends, realised that the life style was killing his fellow arsebandits. So he preached safe sex and less promiscuity to the whole community, and with it he probably saved numerous lives. But they didn't want to hear it, because they're all disgusting bastards.
