Nine Days (2020) - 5/10
I don't believe in God or heaven or hell or anything like that, but the idea that we are all souls occupying skin suits is something I could believe, which then opens the door to all the other stuff, I suppose. I do believe that people are born a certain way and that along with a combination of your genes and your environment, you end up becoming a certain type of person. I like films like this usually; it's a bit mad and based in some random netherworld that obviously doesn't exist, but I like the premise. It's questions what sort of soul is best prepared for the world and what impact a life lived would have on an unprepared soul. It could have been better, though.
