This is about the history of race relations in America and about the impact the likes of Malcolm X and Martin Luther King had and about the consequences of their deaths. Like MLK and Malcolm X, James Baldwin was speaking out, very eloquently, against racism at the time. The difference being that he was not assassinated. This is part of his story.
