Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri (2017) - 8/10
I fuckin' love these depressing stories of run-down middle-America where a bunch of inbred alcoholics declare war on one another. And this is one of the best I've seen. It's also incredibly funny, having me laughing out loud one moment before delivery a swift kidney blow of melancholy the next. This is a proper old-school, balls-out storyline with spectacular acting, plenty of C-Bombs and at least two females good-looking enough to keep my dick interested. I nearly gave it a 9 but the ending didn't totally satisfy me. However, it's the best film I've seen in a good while and I expect it to sweep up at the Oscars.
