Any self respecting girl will tell you, there is such a thing as too many fingers in the one pie, if you know what I mean. If you jam too many in you can't do anything with them and they end up just being there. Uncomfortably so. Similarly, there are too many egos in this film. It's been said that too many cocks spoil the broth, and having Gary Oldman, Colin Firth, Tom Hardy, Mark Strong, John Hurt and that annoying twat off Sherlock all acting alongside each other is a recipe for an expensively garnished shit glazed with a bitter vinaigrette of disappointment.
