'Swing away Merrill', fucking ace, the noise of the aliens is as scary as waking up realising you have just had unprotected sex with an Johannesburg brass.
Signs (2002) - 7/10
Starts with a genuine mystery, progresses through a credible middle and reaches a good ending. The absolute best bit being the story Joaquin Pheonix tells about the girl at the party. It's genuinely surprising the rest of M. Night Shyamalan's film are so shit, and genuinely hilarious that the aliens can develop technology to reach our world, but can't develop technology to protect themselves from water, like, err, you know, clothes.

Not what I expected at all, amazing film which I loved, characters were cast brilliantly.. Watch out for the news clip, shiver down your spine time!
