Last Train Home (2009) - 4/10
This is about the depressing life of a Chinese peasant, forced to leave their countryside home, and their children, to move to the industrial centres of China to make enough money to support their families. These parents work their little Chinese balls off in textile factories to pay for their kid's education, so that they may have a more promising future, but when the kids grow up they just resent their parents for not being in their lives enough. Although, on the bright side, it does mean that I can get 3 pairs of socks in Primark for Ł1.
