The Lord Of The Rings: The Fellowship Of The Ring (2001) - 7/10
Do you know what the #1 theme of this film is? No? Well let me tell you: It's racism. Why? Because you get multiple races of beings - that usually keep themselves to themselves - overcome their prejudices and form a fellowship to overcome the one undeniable evil in the world. The message is simple, if we all just learn to get along, despite our differences, we'll all be better off. Tremendous CGI, excellent battles and more stabbings than a London gang battle. It is on a fair while, though.
