It is not an exaggeration to say, the Dark Knight may be the best films in the crime genre ever made. Christopher Nolan gave us everything we loved about Batman Begins and then topped it with the Dark Knight.

This film was my favourite film of 2009. Fucking hell, what a movie. Best batman ever made,Christopher Nolan the genius made all other batmans look like a pre-school stage show. Full on action, violence, dark - really pushed the 12 certificate in parts imo. I bought the blu-ray of this the day it was out and must have seen it in excess of 6 times. The joker character heath played was based upon the one in "The Killing Joke" (best batman graphic novel imo). 9.5/10.

Ledger is amazing the story is great and the action is great..the only problem is Batmans voice who sounds like Madge Bishop gargling sponk.

The best of the Batmans, take that as you will as their not exactly awe inspiring I know. I agree with the rest of the world and their dogs that yes Heath Ledger is outstanding and I also agree that the Batvoice is fucking awfull. Whether 5 or 50 you will more than likely enjoy.

Everyone knows the film because of Heath Ledger etc. Blah, blah but everybody does a good job in making this an awesome film, even if ya not a batman fan..

I'm going to be boring here and say Heath Ledger is tremendous. He just is. Christian Bale's Batman voice does my tits in, though.
