30 Days Of Night (2007) - 7/10
Set in the derelict wastelands of Speke where the inhabitants have no natural light for 30 days of the year. A troop of malnourished vampires go about sucking the townsfolk dry. This is good shit, I particularly enjoyed the nutter in the tractor and Melissa George looks fit in a duffel coat too.

Ok so everyone's got a wide on for Vampires at the moment and all the films are much the same and quite average but this is different. It's a really spooky film with a decent idea behind it. I just remember watching it thinkin how absolutely fuckin terrified I'd be if I was in that situation.. I'd rather be bummed by a polar bear!!
