I don't care what anyone says (because I'm a cunt like that), but The Goonies is the greatest childhood film ever. It's that simple, there's just no discussion. When you're 10 the idea of going on a quest to find long lost pirate gold is just the absolute shit. Well, it was in my day anyway. Nowadays 10 year olds are all about thieving cars, disrespecting their elders, and contributing to knife crime.

I score this as I do because, well quite simply I cant remember a better childhood feel good family adventure movie.. This did it with bells on, I still remember every single word, "fifty dowler bills, fifty dowler bills".
