The Act Of Killing (2012) - 7/10
This is the strangest film I've ever seen. Men who committed the very worst of crimes, torturing and murdering thousands in the mid 60s reenact their killings in various ways. They are totally aware of what they've done and take a great pride in it. But will that last? These are intelligent men who are more than aware that by being this honest they are rewriting themselves as the villains in the history books, yet they go through with it anyway. Maybe they are looking to atone after all.
